On Line Booking Form Free Set up
3% booking Fee
To subscribe to our online booking form the set up cost is free. We will
provide you with the code to include in your website and the on line bookig
form will be shown as an option on our StayGB.com website.
We charge a low commisssion fee of 3%.
Details of bookings will be sent to you by e-mail so we advise you to
check these a few times a day. Your Internet Service Provider may charge
you to access the internet. Normally these will be no more than a few
pence per minute.
Details of your customers credit card are recorded for your information
on our secure server. We are ualso able to take credit cards on-line in
real time for a small additional charge.
If your booking is cancelled online, or you advise us by 'phone or email
of the cancellation we will receive 10% of the pre agreed cancellation
fee.
You will choose to be billed monthly or quarterly. Payment terms are
normally 14 days after our bills are sent out to you by cheque, credit
or debit card.

Payment
When
you order is processed we will send you an invoice.
Payment terms are 28 days from order. For orders over
£250 we require a 25% deposit. We reserve the
right to cancel your order if payment is not received
within this time. We accept all major credit and debit
cards.
Hosting
Our basic website hosting on our secure server starts from
just £55 per annum. For email serves (up to 3 email accounts add £10
per annum)
Domain Name Registration
We
will register and manage domains on your behalf. UK
domain dames .co.uk are just £10 for two years
and US domain names .com & .net are just £23
for two years.
